Marshaling

Stopping the aircraft at the designated position, using universal marshalling signals.

Passenger step

Handling and transporting passengers’ and crew’s baggage between the aircraft and terminal.

Loading and unloading of baggage

Lavatory & Water service

We extract wastewater from the aircraft lavatories using specialized vehicles and replenish onboard potable water with dedicated equipment.

Pushback / Towing

Aircraft cannot reverse under their own power,they are pushed out from the parking area to a point where they can taxi by specialized tow vehicles. Aircraft are towed during transfers between parking areas.

Headset operator

We communicate with pilots via intercom and ensure safety on the ground.
